Mount Dora Children’s Home is licensed by the Florida Association of Christian Child Caring Agencies. It is an active member of Network 1:27. Mount Dora Children’s Home, and its sister organization, Mount Dora Christian Academy, are affiliated with but not owned by the Churches of Christ. For the Children’s Home, our financial support comes from local congregations of the Churches of Christ throughout Florida, the Southeast and beyond, as well as individual donors, grants and other fundraising activities.
